Step 1: Indicators

2 Cylinder block
ASTM6005 Die-cast aluminum alloy cylinder, hard oxidation, epoxy paint, PTFE coating or nickel plating to meet different requirements.
3. End caps
Die cast aluminum alloy surface metal powder and spray paint various colors, PTFE coated or nickel plated treatment.
4 Output shaft
Nickel-plated alloy steel, high precision integrated output in line with NAMUR ISO5211 DIN3337 standard, can be customized size and stainless steel material according to customer requirements.
5. Pistons
Double piston rack, using cast aluminum hard oxidation or cast steel galvanized treatment, symmetrical installation position, rapid operation, long service life, simple reverse piston can change the direction of rotation.
6. High performance spring
High quality materials, coated preloaded assembly, strong corrosion resistance and long service life, can safely and easily disassemble single-acting actuators by varying the number of springs to meet different torque output ranges.
7. Stroke adjustment
Two independent external stroke adjustment screws can facilitate accurate adjustment of the switch position of ±5° in two directions.
8. Guide plate
The use of low friction, long life composite material to prevent the output shaft fracture, maintenance and replacement is simple and convenient.
9. Air source interface
Fully in line with NAMUR standards, can be simple and convenient installation of solenoid valve.
10. End cap bolt
Long term corrosion resistant internal and external stainless steel fasteners.
11. Bottom mounting holes
The bottom mounting holes are designed according to ISO5211.DIN3337 and can be directly mounted to the clutch or bracket.
